First select a package, either the 7.5k or the 10.5k package.

Then download an Order form.This form has blanks you can fill in including what package you have selected and some other information.

In the Order form's Your Website section you will need to make choices about design and pages/sections you want for your website. It is 1 page and easy to fill. Attach your signature at the end.

At this point you are ready to move to step number 2.

Information

In this section you provide us with the information that will go on your site.

First, download an Information form. It is also easy to fill. It has 3 sections on top which are mandatory that tell us what to put on the Homepage, About page and Contacts page. The rest of the form allows you to tell us the information and images you want on the other pages you want on your website.

After filling the top part of this form, fill in the Other Pages Section. Our websites usually offer 8 pages. If you want more than 8 pages, each additional page costs Shs 350, so you can add as many pages as you want/need.

The Information form is provided as a convenience to you. If you already know what pages you want, and what information you want on them, simply provide this to us in soft copy (Word documents for example) that states: page name, text, and any images you want to accompany your text. This makes it easy for us to build your website.

Now you are ready to move to section 3, the last section.

Pay/Begin

The preparation stage is over. Print out the Information form if you used one. Alternatively, email it directly to us at newcustomer@africlub.net if that is more convenient to you. If you have your information ready in soft copy you can send that to us instead of the Information form. (Many of our customers prefer this option.)

Call Mr. Kitololo to arrange a meeting where you can hand over your information and make your payment.

Alternatively call Mr. Kitololo at 020 202 0915 or 0737 262 772and say you are ready to order. He will ask if you have completed the 3 steps. You can then scan your signed Order form and send it with your information by email. You may send your payment to us by M-pesa or Airtel Money, Orange Money or YuCash, just call us for numbers if you don't have them already.

That's it! In 7 working days or less, the website you ordered will be ready and 'live' on the internet and you can begin to take advantage of and promote it! It's really that easy.
