How to Get Your Website
Ordering for an africlub website is simple.
To develop a new website we need 3 things:
Below is a step by step process that fulfils all the requirements to place an order for a website. First you select a package from one of our 3 offerings, World-class, Diamond and Ultra. You can find out more about our packages in detail here.
Then download an Order Form here by right clicking and selecting 'Save Target'. It is a Microsoft Word document so you can click on it to open it when it's downloaded.
The Order Form has blanks you can fill in including what package you have selected and some other information.
In the Order Form's Design Section you will need to make 3 choices: Design, Colours and Pages. That you can do here and on the page it leads to; after that return to this page.
At this point you are ready to move to step number 2.
In this section you provide us with the information that will go on your site.
First, download an Information Form here. It is easy to fill. It has 3 sections on top which are mandatory that tell us what to put on the Homepage, About page and Contacts page. The rest of the form allows you to tell us the information and images you want on the other pages you want on your website.
After filling the top part of the Information Form, fill in the Other Pages Section. Our websites usually offer 6 pages. If you want more than 6 pages, each additional page costs Shs 350 you can add as many pages as you want/need.
The Information Form is provided as a convenience to you. If you already know what pages you want, and what information you want on them, simply provide this to us in soft copy (Word documents for example) that states: page name, text, and any images you want to accompany your text. This makes it easy for us to construct your website.
Now you are ready to move to section 3, the last section. The preparation stage is over; print out the Registration Form and sign it.
Also print out the Information Form. Alternatively you may email it directly to us at newcustomer@africlub.net if that is more convenient to you. If your information is in soft copy you can send that to us instead of the Information form. (Many of our customers prefer this option.)
Bring the form(s) with your payment (varies with package) to our offices; directions are on our Talk to Us page here. Alternatively call Customer Service at 020 248 7688 and say you are ready to order. You will be asked if you have completed the 3 steps. You can also send your payment to us by M-esa or Zap.
That's it! In 5 working days or less (depending on package: 7 days or less for Diamond, and 10 days or less for Ultra), the website you ordered will be ready and 'live' on the internet and you can begin to take advantage of and promote your website. We also have additional services and offers which we continually add to. You will if you wish regularly recieve email updates to inform you of new offers and services.
